Terms of service for SPACEBAR Corp.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the terms and procedures for using the services provided by SPACEBAR Corp. (hereinafter "Company"), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows: 1. "Service" refers to all online services provided by the Company. 2. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and uses the services provided by the Company. 3. "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective by posting on the service screen or by notifying members through other methods. 2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws if there is a reasonable cause. 3. Amended Terms become effective by announcement through notices.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

1. The Company provides the following services: - AI-based SaaS services - Web/App template services - Other services determined by the Company 2. When changing the content of services, the Company shall specify the reasons and content of the change and announce it within the current service at least 7 days before the application date.

Article 5 (Interruption of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in case of maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, communication disconnection, or significant operational reasons. In this case, the Company shall notify members in advance if possible.

Article 6 (Member Obligations)

1. Members shall comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines, and notices from the Company. 2. Members may not conduct business activities using the service without prior consent from the Company. 3. Members may not copy, reproduce, change, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the service, or provide it to others without prior consent from the Company.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or service suspension by telecommunications carriers. 2. The Company is not responsible for service usage difficulties due to causes attributable to members.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and members shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Korea. 2. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to disputes between the Company and members.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall be effective from November 24, 2025.
